"I know all to well." A light smile, and the girl motioned for him to follow. The girl quickly jumped off of the wall, and into a hay pile at the bottom. Pulling herself up, the girl pulled herself up onto one of the roofs, and awaited Oren to follow. "So are there other positions at the castle that need to be filled?" Pausing, Genira looked up, and shrugged. "I honestly don't know. I don't even know if there is a maid position opened." Looking forward to Oroan, Genira shrugged. "Sorry."
She led them to her home, and opened the door, letting some of the heated air flow out into them. She stepped in, held the door open for Oroan, and once he hand entered, the girl quickly shut it, keeping in the warm air. A light sigh, and Genira looked up. "Well, I think all of the extra blankets are in the room. Do you need anything before I turn in?" She wanted to make sure he had everything he needed. Personally, the girl hated leaving people to wait, without everything they needed complete.

Oroan gave a dismissive wave of his hand in reply. "Don't apologize, I was simply curious for the time being." He said as they headed to the home Genira was letting him stay in for now. Once they reached it she opened the door for him, which he acknowledged with a small nod.
She asked if there was anything else that he needed. He gave a small shake of his head. "No. please do not worry yourself. You have already been more than simply accommodating." He replied as he carefully brought up one hand letting the dull, back side of one claw gently stroke her cheek, almost as if she were a daughter or younger sibling to him. "Thank you child, you are something of a gem. Please go rest, you have done quite a bit for me today." He replied, once more giving his odd 'smile' as he lowered his hand and gave a slight bow before leaving toward his room.
Heading to the room Genira had let him stay in. Removing his cloak, he set it next to the scarf he had left behind, taking care to not damage the vials within it. Heading to what would be his bed for now, he crawled into it and curled, almost like a cat, continuing to turn until he had been covered by his own long hair, providing warmth that a blanket could not supply, and he then quickly drifted into a light doze.

"Don't apologize, I was simply curious for the time being." The girl nodded, and headed toward her home. She pushed open the front door, let Oroan in, and closed it behind the two, lighting the candles. Plenty of light, it was all she wanted in the main room. Truth be told, the girl was slightly afraid of small dark locations, hence why the castle would be perfect for her. It was large, and had plenty of escape routs through the castle corridors. There were plenty of rooms to slip into, and as far as the girl knew, plenty of windows and doors to slip away in.
"No. please do not worry yourself. You have already been more than simply accommodating." "Okay." A light nod was all she got in before the demon lightly stroked her cheek, just as her father did when she was younger. A light smile, and she looked up to Oroan.
"Thank you child, you are something of a gem. Please go rest, you have done quite a bit for me today." A final nod, and the young girl perked her ears, and vanished into the dark room. She always treated people like this, so kind until they threatened her, or others. At that point, you would be lucky to get away with anything less than a near fatal injury, seeing how her tracking was amazing due to years or practice. Magic, excellent swordsmanship, and stealth. It was all her kind had to hold true, and all that they had to protect themselves. A quick race, most of the men of course stronger, but the women usually had more magic ability, and were much faster.

Only four hours had passed before Oroan was once more awake and fully rested. He required little sleep to be fresh. Uncurling from the bed, he stood up and slid his cloak and scarf back on, the new amulets hanging from his neck. He simply paced the room for a few moments before heading out of the room.
He stopped in the main room for a moment and pondered for a second before removing the scarf again and leaving it were it would clearly be seen by Genira if he was still outside when she awoke.
Heading outside, he jumped up to the top of the roof and landed lightly, making almost no noise. Looking up at the sky, he let his eyes scan the stars above. The stars could not be seen back in his own realm. Here he could bask in the light from the moon and stars above. "Absolutely beautiful. And I have the feeling very few of these people really appreciate this." He said, his telepathy on wide band. He felt that very few would even 'hear' him right now.

The girl's eyes stay lightly shut, and her body curled. She always slept for only a few hours, never really getting much sleep due to a slight insomnia that she had stirring in her head, awaking her early in the morning. With her eyes still shut, Genira pushed herself into a sitting position, and rubbed her hands to her eyes. The light footsteps of Oroan were able to be heard in the other room, and the closing of the door. The girl's ears perked, and her eyes lightly opened. Peeking around the door frame, and noticing he had jumped to the roof, the girl pushed herself to a standing position.
She quickly changed her shirt and pants, and pulled on her cloak. Being to tired to remember her mask, the girl silently slipped through the door, slowly latched it shut, and let her eyes scan the neighborhood, just as she did every morning. The people here, they all stayed asleep until the sun was up, and shining high and bright in the sky. The dirt on the ground stay packed down, from the people who had made their way home. Barrels stand next to door, holding the house's extra items, and the occasional stray pet wandered along the streets.
She pulled herself up to the roof, and noticed Oroan staring up to the sky. The girl's pale pink lips formed into a light smile, as she walked over, and sat on a box behind the demon. "Beautiful, isn't it?" Genira was obviously tired from her voice, being so soft, and quiet rather than sweet, and noticeable. Soft and quiet, it was her original voice. But from it never being heard, she was forced to change it back home, if she were to get anything accomplished.
The girl crossed her legs, and lightly hooked her fingers around her knees. Her chin tilted up, letting her have a full view of the stars above. At that time, they were so bright. Not blocked out by the clouds, but rather able to be seen to the fullest. The moon, at the point it was crescent, hanging in the sky amongst the diamonds elegantly named stars. There were many stories on what they really were, angels tears, dimands thrust into the sky by the gods, and even that they were living. So many stories, and yet, there was no explanation that showed that any of the stories were real.

Oroan head Genira as she exited her house. He paid little mind to that at the moment. If she spotted him, which he knew was likely. Then she would likely call to him if she wanted to talk.
He noticed her as she came up onto the roof. He didn't really have anything to say at the moment, he hadn't even shifted his gaze, just used hearing and felt the vibrations under his feet, set off by her movement's. He did notice that regardless if it was training or evolution, she seemed light footed enough that he could barely sense the vibrations.
After Genira had gotten up on the roof, she had made the comment about the stars being beautiful. Oroan gave only the slightest of nods. "Yes, they are." He replied, only his mental 'tone' hinted at anything beneath the response. The reason for loss of the other stars aside from the sun in his own realm was painful, even after the long years. He never really felt inclined to talk about it.
His shoulders shook slightly, clearly the physical sign of his mental chuckle. "There is an interesting parallel between our own realms. And it is that moon. Observers from my own realm, studied both our respective homes along with many of the things around them."
He finally dropped his gaze from the heavens to look down to Genira while he put his hands behind his back and laced the claws, his equivalent of clasping his hands behind his back. "We were amazed to find that our moons seem to be exactly the same. The canyons, craters, everything. They even have the same cycles, which are the same length of time. What it is made of isn't something I was not sure about. So there may be some difference there." He continued not noticing for a moment that he had slipped from a third party description to making it clear he was involved in such studies. Due to how his powers worked, it had only been natural that he was interested in how the moons and suns interacted with their planets. It was nothing short of critical for him to know these things..

"Yes, they are." Genira's gaze stay directed on the stars above, and smiled to the moon. For so many years they were all that she had to see when traveling at night. Her light step was relevant, due to her species, but she has also trained herself to do so. Being hunted made you know, that there must be silence. If not, there was little, to no change of escape. And a much needed one at that, the people in this day of the realm were not what one would call 'friendly'. They were criminals, people who should be stopped from what they were doing. But who could stop so many people? Obviously not their kingdom. There were far to many here, it was as if it was a place all escaped to after doing their crimes.
"There is an interesting parallel between our own realms. And it is that moon. Observers from my own realm, studied both our respective homes along with many of the things around them." The girl shifted her gaze to Oroan, and nodded. "I don't know anything of the moon, but my dad said that it was a mystical goddess, seen by all of the realms." She shrugged, and lied back onto the roof. She was such a questioning person, wanting to know what was happening, when, and why. Most importantly. the girl wanted to know just how everything worked.
"We were amazed to find that our moons seem to be exactly the same. The canyons, craters, everything. They even have the same cycles, which are the same length of time. What it is made of isn't something I was not sure about. So there may be some difference there." The girl looked to him with questioning glazing her eyes. Yet her soft smile still stay upon her lips. "Did you study the moon, Oroan?"

Oroan gave a slow nod at the girl's question. "Indeed I did. The moon, our own planet, and our sun. In both realms as a matter of fact." He replied looking back up into the sky. As I have said. My title is Knight of the Eclipse. It is not a random title. My powers are sealed until a solar eclipse is formed. I am not sure how correct or incorrect your father is about what he said. I have no means or motivation to investigate that at the moment." He said.
"However, they do have patterns, god, goddess, something more mundane. Whatever they are is still a mystery. Though I have always found it interesting that they are the only things between our realms that are exactly the same." He said as the sky started to lighten up, just a little...

The girl nodded, and looked down. "really? My people are given their power under a lunar eclipse, and it can also be taken from us." It had been so long ever since the last Lunar eclipse. She was just a small girl then, giving her the questioning of why everything was still so strong with her powers. Were her people's spirits watching after her? Perhaps.
"However, they do have patterns, god, goddess, something more mundane. Whatever they are is still a mystery. Though I have always found it interesting that they are the only things between our realms that are exactly the same." It was strange indeed. A magical bond of some sort? Perhaps. Nodding, and looked up to the sky, Genira spoke. "Mayhap they are magically bond to all realms." Her answer wasn't far fetched, but rather one of the many explanations that could be found.

Hearing Genira's responses, he rose and eyebrow as he looked over at her once more. "Now that is an interesting coincidence. I myself have never run into another race that has ties to such an event, despite the differences." He replied, clearly thoughtful. Over time he had become closer to being a philosopher and a being of research than a warrior, though he skills still have not lowered.
"Your theory about how they could be bound to all realms is a theory I have returned to many times, even to this very day. And it is one of the most likely possibilities." He said. He had been studying this for thousands of years, most of his last four incarnations. His main problem, was that he only had access to his own realm, and this one. He was never able to be grated permission from his masters to travel elsewhere. One of the reasons he left.

"Now that is an interesting coincidence. I myself have never run into another race that has ties to such an event, despite the differences." She nodded. "Ya, I didn't know there was another that drew their power from such a thing." Smiling over to the boy, Genira's gaze settled down in his eyes. She was always one to watch everything you were doing, without realizing it. But she didn't really feel the need to with this one. He was nice enough that the girl didn't have to worry.
"Your theory about how they could be bound to all realms is a theory I have returned to many times, even to this very day. And it is one of the most likely possibilities." A light nod as she looked up to the sky, and the girl took in a deep breath of the crisp night air. "Indeed, I have only talked to the moon goddess once before. She is beautiful." it had been many years ever since she last spoke to the goddess, seeing how it took a lot out of her just to see the goddess.
The goddess had long white hair, and wore the same robes as her people, just in a pale blue. Her figure was just like Genira's, but her eyes were always soft. Genira could remember the woman from anywhere, seeing how she was one of her people once before. It had been so many years in the past, that most forgot this concept, but the woman always gave them their powers at the lunar eclipse.

"So you have met this goddess before, I myself have never had the pleasure." He said in reply to Genira telling him about meeting the Moon goddess. He had met a few 'gods' He wasn't able to ascertain if they were actually deities, or simply very powerful and serving their desired purposes. Either was, he had never encountered anyone with the claim to being the moon goddess.
"Perhaps your people simply had a special meaning to her. It's not uncommon for deities, and those who claim such positions to act in such a manner." He added thoughtfully. It would make a fair amount of sense as far as he was concerned.
The first rays of the sun were starting to appearer. For a moment Oroan could have sworn he was back home by simply looking at the sky alone. "So dawn comes." He said before stretching slightly. "I have a few matters I must tend to. I should be back within the day, perhaps this evening." Hopping down from the roof, he landed lightly and straitened up. Looking back up at Genira, he gave a small wink.
"Once more I thank you for your hospitality. I'll see you when I return." He said before crouching and jumping onto another building, pushing off as soon as he landed, launching himself further away, and continued until he was out of sight, off to start exploring his surroundings a little more, allowing him to get a better idea of what it was he was going to do here.

"So you have met this goddess before, I myself have never had the pleasure." Genira nodded, and looked to Oroan. "Yes, she was one of my people before becoming the goddess." Brushing her hair back behind her ear, the girl looked back up to the stars. the goddess, her name was hardly ever spoke of. It was replaced with simply 'moon goddess'. Her job? It was to pull a dark blanket over the bright evening sky, and let everyone to go to rest. It was as well to push and pull the tides, sending the occasional boat, made of simple wooden planks, to it's midnight destination.
"Perhaps your people simply had a special meaning to her. It's not uncommon for deities, and those who claim such positions to act in such a manner." Once again, Genira nodded. "I was the only one in my tribe to speak to her. It was said I am the reincarnation of the last moon spirit." Shaking her head in disbelief, the girl laughed. "But that isn't possible. I couldn't uphold that position." Well, she didn't think she could. It was a long line of her people who were made into the next moon goddess, seeing how they had vowed to always keep to the land.
"So dawn comes." The girl's eyes darted up to the sky, her noticing the sun's arrival. A light smile curved to the girl's lips. 'Farewell, Tsuki.' She thought while looking down to her feet. "I have a few matters I must tend to. I should be back within the day, perhaps this evening." Genira looked to Oroan, and nodded. "Alright." A bright smile lit up the girl's face as she raised her hand, and waved.
"Once more I thank you for your hospitality. I'll see you when I return." "No problem." The girl stood, and vanished into one of the back allies while putting on her mask. She went off to sell her items, and do as she needed to do.
