It was late into the afternoon, and a young girl was wandering around the Town Square. Her face was expressionless as she looked around quietly, as it was her first time in the Kingdom, let alone the town. Naturally, the only thing that was on her mind at the moment was what she should do now. She didn't have a single piece of gold to her name, and, even if she could afford it, she had no idea where to find look for things like food and a place to stay. Normally, signs outside buildings would help, but she didn't know how to read, so they weren't very helpful either. So for now, she would simply wander around and get a grasp of the area. She'd figure out what to do when the time came.

Once more the skeletal blue nightmare walked through the town square, though unlike his first visit, he wasn't greeted with hostility. His first appearance had startled many people, and it had triggered a violent response. It took a little bit, but now he was known to be fairly harmless if he wasn't provoked, and nobody seemed inclined to do that to him.
His cloak and scarf trailed behind him as he walked, looking for certain herbs and the like that were being sold at the booths of local and traveling vendors. he had found herbology and potion-making to be very fascinating as it was simply not possible in his realm. And this is how he happened upon the young girl.
His crimson eyes locked onto the young human, noticing she looked very out of place and as if this town would swallow her. Remembering the compassion shown to him upon his arrival, he figured one good turn deserved another.
"Pardon me." He said. The young lady wouldn't actually hear anything, but the words would come clears as if someone had been speaking to her face to face , and he had developed a way to make it obvious as to which way his thoughts were being directed from. He would find it difficult to explain, it just came naturally to him as it was his only method of speech. He would wait until she faced him before continuing. "You seem to be somewhat lost. is there anyway I can be of assistance." He said, angling his eyes in a way that made it seem as if he were smiling, though he had no mouth.

When she noticed that someone had addressed her, she looked in his direction and was visibly shocked by his appearance, but that was all she was. Between years of being treated like a monster herself and wielding both light and darkness, she had long since stopped judging others purely by their looks. And, while Ooran's demonic appearance did catch her off guard, she recovered quickly, and spoke as is he were any other human, though there was a noticeable hint of shyness in her words "Y-yes...it's my first time in this kingdom, though...I don't really know where to go from here...I don't have any money, and, as you've probably guessed, I have no clue where I am..." It showed in her voice and body language that she hasn't had much interaction with humans in the last several years, let alone with a demon, though she wasn't anti-social either...just a little socially awkward.

Oroan gave a small nod at the explanation of the girl's position. He wasn't much different when he arrived. It had been a five hundred year gap since his last visit when he arrived, but he had been ready for that.
"Well I think I can lend you a little assistance." He mentioned as he reached into his robes and drew out a small coin-purse. It was pinched delicately between his claws and held it out to the girl. "In this is enough currency to get you a warm meal. I know of a place where you can stay for a time, though it only has the bare essentials, and is outside of the town." He said as he thought to the small shack he had been building in the woods. He enjoyed his quiet, and though he didn't really need shelter for himself, several things he had been collecting were best stored in a safe place.
