Appearance: Rai looks like any dragon at first glance, possessing the appearance and features of one. When you first look at him you can automatically determine he is young due to short stature and weak muscular build. He doesn't look at threatening as your average destructive fire-breathing dragon you usually see. To start off his height is like the ones of a child at the young age of six or seven. His weight isn't much compared to other creatures, he is built out of lean muscles with parts of his bones hollowed. Rai's body build is not used at all for strength, he is mostly made for maneuvering and speed when on foot or in the air. Rai has long legs and is able to run a good long distant with them. His other physical ups are his narrow body that can resist wind when in flight. Being small he is able to travel around more easily then a larger dragon. This dragon's attribute is electricity, so he has the yellow coloring to suit the power he is able to harness. His skin is made of hard scales that protect him from certain things, and it also appears to have individual triangular scales they are visible when closely looked at. His feet are small and are almost identical to paws, his had three fingers on each foot and each are enforced with a ivory claw. Rai's other natural weapons are his two sharp horns that go and curve at the back of his head, the points able to easily break skin. Other noticeable physical features are his wings which are a dark green, these wings are leathery and momentarily are not torn or damaged in anyway. His tail is long and fits his body well, the end having a orb about five times the size of a average pearl that grows along with his body. This pearl is his main weapon, and conducts and collects electricity. Rai's eyes are a light yellow, and his body is yellow as well, underbelly a tan color. When it comes to fighting he is very good at keeping the foe guessing, able to make false movements to trick them into exposing them self for attack. But he doesn't get involved in conflict often and tries his best to dodge danger,

Personality: Rai is a big jokester, and can be seen as sarcastic, friendly, and a bit rude. When you first meet him you can see how carefree and funny he acts, he always seem to make a joke out of something. He hates being serious, hating when people make a argument out of something pointless. Enjoying entertainment and acting silly he is the one to draw the crowds attention, not afraid to make a fool of himself when he is entertaining and amusing a crowd. You can usually tell him to do anything in exchange for something he wants or crave and he will bater his services for that item. Rai enjoys simpleness, and is not accustomed to taking in complex data which he believes is ridiculous. He always makes a funny even in the worst situation. This dragon can seem rather blunt and doesn't mind sounding rude or harsh when he is telling the truth. He hates to be looked down upon and when he is ever told something he doesn't want to hear he will show a bad attitude. Usually he created sparks from the orb of his tail to make himself look more serious of menacing when he wants to intimidate someone. Rai is good at following and taking orders, not at all good at making decisions. He has a large ego, usually thinking he can do anything if he is mindset on it. Rai usually leaps before he looks and surveys, usually ending up getting himself caught up in a situation. Though he has a high self esteem he knows when the turn tail and run, he doesn't like risking his life for no reason. He is known to stay around human, and still being small and non-threatening looking he is able to keep from scaring adult humans to much. Rai likes to socialize with any species, able to make small talk about any subject.

History: Rai's egg was found in a abandoned farm by a young male adult human and he was taken care of up to when he hatched. As a young baby Dragon he was given attention by the human and taken care of, his health and needs taken care of. He eventually learned how to live a carefree and easy life. He hardly knew how to be serious and complex about things. Rai soon learned how to read, he was not capable of writing so he spent that time learning different languages. He had a firm grasp on English and learned about three languages other then that easily. He had a short attention span but was able to concentrate enough to learn that much from a young age. Once he was older his human started to show him how to entertain and he was used in various shows to make money for the human who took care of him. Rai became a rare show and was able to make a crowd laugh and cheer by fleeting stunts, use of his powers and silly behavior. He soon became tired of this repetitive life and soon went off on his own. Rai soon became more aware of the world around him, and was awed by how big it was. The ocean the desert and the deep jungles was what he traveled threw before returning back to his life to the settlements of humans and still to this day moves around from place to place.

Current Magic Abilities:
- Able to transfer electricity to anything he touches at will, it has to be able to conduct electricity of course.

- Can focus a round sphere of electricity and shoot at someone of thing.

Other Facts:
*He is terrified of cats and will actually hyperventilate or have a panic attack when around one.
