Aurek let out a breath of slightly frustration and reluctance, thinking about Genira healing him and about the tournament. He wouldn't be able to sit properly in the saddle let alone take another hit like this, and his magic wasn't fast acting kind so he was healing very slowly. Medics always did see the weaker side of warriors, when they were the most vulnerable and... mortal... in a funny way. Aurek had sworn never to be weak, though it was a childish oath he still vainly tried to adhere to it with all his strength, to make sure he was strong enough for others.
His thoughts were interrupted as another patient arrived, but this one definitely didn't seem like he was from the tournament, no extravagant armour or such. Not that Aurek looked extravagant at this point, but he had an excuse with his Armoury magic. The other man had lost a pair of fingers, a bit ghastly and unnerving, though he looked alert and content considering the situation, even throwing a few questions out there. Anyway, he had a lot more on his mind at this point.
"If you can patch me up enough to get me back in the saddle, that'd be great," Aurek replied a little quietly to Genira with a nod, resolving that this weakness was necessary for him to maintain his strength later on.

Personally, Genira was just doing what she was told to do, bringing fourth her talents. Two men at the same time, and she was booked. Calling for a hot bucket of water for one, and examining the bruise of another, and she lightly shifted to keep them both in her sight. Speaking to the for now un-named one, the girl tucked Aurek's shirt back, and lightly touched the bruise once more. "You need to be careful with your magic, okay?" A light smile, soft amung her pale pink lips, rose from the girl's beautiful face.
"If you can patch me up enough to get me back in the saddle, that'd be great," A light nod, and she held her hands just above the man's chest, and a white light appeared over him. The bruise began to slightly fade as she healed his chest, only to lightly scan her down over his body, and back up to heal him completely. Brushing her hair back once she had finished, Genira pulled the man's shirt back down. From the magic that she just used, he should not be able to feel any more of the pain that would have existed in his body.
Offering a class of cool water, the girl smiled, and tilted her head slightly. "Is that better?" Quickly turning to the other man, Genira continued to glance up to Aurek constantly, being sure that her magic would work. "I need you to sit her for a moment, so I can make sure the magic didn't have any side effects." She was most likely the best medic there, seeing her talents.
"I don't know why I'm here, it's not like I lost something important. I can't even feel them anymore." "If they are not tended for, they will get infected." Lightly taking up the man's hand, her touch always light, and the tips of her fingers always warm, she began to clean out the fingers, and heal them. Fingers, not something you wanted to lose. Her pony tail lightly fell over her shoulder as the girl looked back up to the knight, and smiled, making sure he was still there.

He watched her heal the other man quickly and efficently, his features twisted into a lopsided smile, not the most beautiful smile in the world. His other hand layed next to him, and he looked up to the ceiling waiting to be attended.
The only pain apparent on his facial features was the occasional tighting of the right side of his lips. Other then that he didn't show much else. His eyes wondered the room now looking out something to take any intrest in. Truth be told he had no intrest in anything involving Medical help. He wiggled his other didgets now , a buzzing feeling had filled them as they fell asleep. "Did they ever find any of my fingers? I think I'd like them back. Might help me out latter ya know." The madness of his mind was apparent from the state he was in. His thoughts raced about and he couldn't manage to slow them down. That was agrivating. I wonder what will happen next? Maybe I'll go to the tavern and entertain the local drunks. Maybe get a little drunk Haha that'd be fun! I think so. He thought this, then caught him self when he began to have his own little conversation in his head.
A little late he put the pieces together, his eyes wondered to the downed knight. "Are you that knight fellow?" He was now itching to move his cool stature began to crumble. Staying in once place to long was taking its tole. The freedom between the door of the medic's area began to call to him. An uncontrolable twitch formed in his lower leg his. The fabric hid this twitch well but he couldn't hide the one that was forming in his left eye.

A soothing feel passed over his muscles, Aurek let most of the tension go and was feeling the sting coming back though it was fast being relieved. He kind of slumped somehow, even though he was laying down he must have been holding a posture of some kind, because he looked a lot more relaxed all of a sudden. Aurek let out a relieved breath, looking a little tired for a moment before his former vigor slowly crept back into him.
His body was feeling right as rain all of a sudden, the muscles weren't sore or stiff, he definitely felt a lot better after Genira's magic did its work. He kind of wished he were that strong with healing magic, but he couldn't have everything, heck he was pushing it as it what with ten sizeable segments of his magic sealed away for his armour and still trying to use the rest to regenerate himself. So as it turned out, a little sacrifice of presence did let him save face in the long run, Aurek could feel his blood pumping again as he thought about the joust waiting for him.
"Uh... Thanks," Aurek said to Genira a little awkwardly, not really that used to personal gratitude, he usually had to deal with others thanking him instead. He downed the water quickly and set the cup aside.
His gaze traveled over to his fellow patient, feeling a little sympathy for injuries were a lot more dire than Aurek's own. "Yeah I'm that knight, I tell ya, falling off a horse isn't so bad until you put on armour and set off at a gallop," Aurek said. He was contemplating getting up and heading back out to the joust, he felt well enough to take another beating, as long as he didn't fall off at a gallop again. Sir Evenhart had the luxury of falling off when the horse had more or less stopped, and he more slid out of the saddle rather than flew from it.
But he figured he owed the kind medic something, resolving to wait there... for a little while...
"I don't usually see the inside of a medic tent," Aurek mused as he looked at his surroundings with idle curiousity, "I try not to make a habit of it..."

"Did they ever find any of my fingers? I think I'd like them back. Might help me out latter ya know." With a light shake of the head no, Genira finished the knight, and began to work on this new man. "No, but I will bring back your fingers." Formally cleaning the wound, as best as they could at that age in time, and she lightly hovered her hand over the man's fingers, and healed him as well. His fingers formed back, making the man's visit so much easier. But when he began to twitch, she knew that she couldn't fix that. The girl wasn't a medic, but rather just a maid that was told to do that for now. A light motion, and some of the other medics came over to bring him into a back room.
"Uh... Thanks," Turning back, Genira offered a soft smile, and nodded, turning back to his direction. "It's no problem." The man quickly drank the cup of water, and set it down beside his hip. It was obvious that Aurek was feeling much better. From once cramped, and painful muscles, were now soothed, and loose. It was as if he had just got a massage, rejuvenating the man. Brushing her hair back, and fixing her uniform to cover her knees once more, the girl sat, carefully watching him.
"I don't usually see the inside of a medic tent," The man began as Genira filled the cup of water with a small motion of her hand. "I try not to make a habit of it..." Covering her mouth, the girl offered a slight laugh, and nodded. "This is the first time for me to. I am actually just a maid, they had me come work because the staff was short." For some, that would be really awkward, seeing how they expected a professional to do it. Well, she was trained to heal in her village before it was destroyed, making the girl a near expert at this talent.
"Could you take a few deep breaths please?" Perking forward her ears, the young girl fell silent, ready to listen for any stutters in his breath. The girl's legs were lightly tucked under her, and her arms lightly covered with the black fabric. Her soft features were curved into a delicate smile, one that is thought to be on angels, and her purple orbs lightly gazed up to the man's eyes.

Aurek offered a grin in return, seeming to soften his rough visage a little by the small gesture. With a small shrug he figured a few deep breaths wasn't much to ask, he felt pretty damn good at the moment, enough to give Evenhart something to think about in the joust to come. So he took a in a deep breath before going to talk about something, finding the girl rather intriguing.
"A maid huh? No kidding? Your healing magic's pretty impressive for not being a medic, I sure wouldn't have picked it. I guess there are a lot of knights signing up to this thing, you're probably going to see a lot of beat up heroes go through this tent," Aurek said with a grim smile. Perhaps he did have a bit of pride, but most knights usually had a little to spur them onwards through the harshest of times, and he could sympathise with those sent to the medic tent. Most of them being as injured as Aurek would probably be disqualified, Aurek was just lucky he managed to get a fair hit into Evenhart to make him fall off too. Though if he spent too long in the medic tent he might get disqualified anyway, which was making him a little restless. But he simply continued to draw in deep breaths to satisfy the girl's request.

The man took in a few deep breaths, Genira not finding anything that was different in his chest, Genira offered a small nod, and held up the glass of water, gesturing for the man to have it if he wanted. Pulling out a cloth, and a hammer from one of the small buckets behind her, and pulled over the man's armor. Quickly fixing the dent in the metal, she lifted it up, quickly whipped the dirt from it, and smiled up to Aurek. By that point, he was offering a small grin.
"A maid huh? No kidding? Your healing magic's pretty impressive for not being a medic, I sure wouldn't have picked it. I guess there are a lot of knights signing up to this thing, you're probably going to see a lot of beat up heroes go through this tent," Brushing her hair behind her ear while offering the armor to him, the girl spoke softly. "Ya, my dad taught me. And I am actually out of here in just a few moments, I only had to work until the work force got back."
Pushing herself up, Genira offered her hand to help Aurek to stand, and smiled. "You need help with your armor?" Some always wanted a bit of help, seeing how holding it up was sometimes a task. She always was going to offer, not wanting to make anyone upset. A light whistle, and the man's horse came trotting along to stand by their side. It had just pushed through the tent's front sheet, and to where the whistle came from. Not many others could get a not so well trained horse to come, but animals just seemed to be fond of her.
((Sorry, I was rushed. x.x))

Aurek had idly summoned his torso plate back out of his Armoury to examine the damage while he was idly, yet it seemed Genira was already onto it as soon it was in her hands instead. The Crusader armour wasn't ridiculously tough like Dreadnought, so it had taken a little dent from the lance hitting him squarely. Evenhart was no pushover, a direct hit with his weight behind it, positioned well enough to compromise Aurek's position on the saddle.
Deducing that he was probably free to go since Genira had somehow summoned his steed almost into the tent, a little bizarre since it was just a fairly normal horse that Aurek was borrowing while his own warhorse rested. The fence dividing the jousting field was really only there so they didn't have to specifically train horses for jousting, since the riders couldn't really hold the reigns the horse had to do most of the steering.
He set the glass of water aside, looking at the hand Genira offered him and simply smiled, coiling his legs up as he rocked backwards, before springing out, throwing himself into the air and back onto his feet. "Best thing about my magic is how easy it is to put on armour," Aurek assured. More metal clunks issued from him, his armour fading into existence around him again like it had always been there. "Back in the game!" Aurek said with a grin behind his helmet, throwing a glance back at Genira, "Thanks again for the healing, it's time for me to give Evenhart a taste of the ground."
And with that he left the tent, leading his horse out a little before mounting up and riding over to his area of the field, his glorified return meeting a bit of a cheer from the crowds, Aurek got his shield ready and took the lance offered, ready for the next assault.
The instigator waved the flag and the two knights charged once more at one another, their powerful steeds propelling them at staggering speeds, lances leveled. Except Aurek swiveled in the saddle and angled his shield, thrusting lance out at arm's length at the last minute and leaning forward in the saddle. The sudden extension of range caught Evenhart off-guard, his lance went off target and skittered along Aurek's shield instead, fully deflected and failing to break. Further still, Aurek persisted a little longer with his thrust, still aiming though the lance had broken once on Evenhart's torso plate already, which ended up hitting Evenhart a second time on the same charge, a lot harder with the shortened lance, knocking him clean off.
Aurek veered his horse around and trotted back to Evenhart's prone form. "I call that the Twin-Lance, still alive?" Aurek remarked with light humour, ensuring there was no arrogance in his voice. "Surely your arm must have broken..." Evenhart said tightly, not sounding too good. Aurek grumbled, Evenhart was prideful but he was no amateur, Aurek's arm hurt like hell after that, at least managing to avoid a proper break. He simply just rode back to his zone to drop off the horse and the remnant of the lance, holding right arm a little stiffly as he used his left hand only to strap his shield away awkwardly to his back.

Genira nodded as the man jumped up, and spoke fluently. "Best thing about my magic is how easy it is to put on armour," Aurek's words were proven as the armor came to his chest, as if it had been there the whole time. Genira smiled, and washed her hands from the tent's dust before tossing the rag into a bucket, and lightly resting her hands behind her back. Genira was always like that, doing things as she went along, usually being such the sweet heart about it. Usually, though, she hated bossing people around, the girl would rather just go on with her job quietly. In this case, she had to do anything to get the patient in good shape, which had obviously worked.
"Back in the game!" Aurek quickly put his helmet back on, and glanced back to Genira. "Thanks again for the healing, it's time for me to give Evenhart a taste of the ground." With that he jumped onto his horse, and began to ride out. With a light wave of the hand, Genira smiled, and spoke two words that some needed to hear, but usually didn't realize it until later in their days. "Good luck!" Once the man had left the tent, she felt a light tap on her shoulder, causing the girl to instantly turn, and stare to the other doctor.
And there came her saving words. "Go have fun, your relieved." A bright smile came to the girl's lips as she nodded, and bounced out of the room. She wasn't supposed to work that day, but when the time came that the castle needed help... You didn't refuse. Her feet tapping against the dirt, and Genira slid under a few bars, and leaned against the side beside the other staff. A few quick turns, and the girl vanished into the castle, ran up to her room, and to the window. From there, she had a clear view of the entertainment below. And it was about to begin.
The charging of two powerful steeds, and two knights ready for combat. The clash of armor was echoing in the distance as the crowd fell silent. Quickly, from the difference in armor from the two men, Genira distinguished which was which. Aurek had won the joust. "Nice!" The young girl yelled out of the window before backing in, and vanishing into her closet. If there was one thing that she hated the feel of the most, it was her uniform. Obviously designed for the liking of men, she just hated it.
Pulling on a comfortable pair of jean like pants, and a loose, but elegant, shirt, Genira pulled a cape around her top, and ran down the stairs. She went back to the arena quickly, watching as some men brought the other knight to a medical tent. Lightly smiling, the girl waved to Aurek, and yelled to him. "Congratz!"

He was in the process of tentatively flexing the fingers of his right arm, trying to encourage its recovery as his magic swam through it, slowly at work, when he heard the familiar voice of his medic. Aurek raised his head and turned to face the girl, not recognising her at first from the sudden change of clothes, though in a way she looked better in that outfit. He at first smiled behind his helmet, bowing his head for a moment and reaching his hands up to pull it off, putting it under one arm as he began walking over to her, pushing his cloak out of the way of his feet.
"Thanks, though I owe the opportunity to you; you now have a knight indebted to you," Aurek said with grin, only half-serious, going up to lean against the stands near Genira. They were already setting up the next joust, squires running about getting preparations done, helping their lords onto their horses and such. As there were a lot of knights participating, they were trying to get through them as fast as possible so they cramming jousts one after the other to thin out the numbers.
"By the looks of that it'll be awhile before my next joust," Aurek remarked as the next pairing of knights made their final preparations, "I wonder where that guy went who asked me to seek him out, he looked familiar..."

The man bowed his head to her, pulled off his helm, and tucked it under his arm. It was an obvious pause before he recognized her, seeing the drastic change from a dress to street clothing. The man walked to her, and leaned against some of the stands, the ones in which Genira had lifted herself up onto. She sat lightly on the railing, her feet hooking into one of the lower bars. It was true that she did indeed look much better in her street clothing, the girl preferring her cape over nothing. A white mask hung withing it for later, when she traveled anywhere.
"Thanks, though I owe the opportunity to you; you now have a knight indebted to you," A light laugh, and she nodded. "I'll have to remember that." It was obvious by the light giggle in her voice that the girl wasn't being serious. She could never accept anything in return once she helped someone, unless she was forced. It just wasn't her, but rather the exact opposite of what she usually did.
"By the looks of that it'll be awhile before my next joust," A light squint of her eyes as she looked up to the sky, Genira paused. "Well, I think you have a few hours." the beautiful smile lingered on the girl's lips as she brushed her hair behind her ear, and looked back to Aurek. "What are you planning on doing for that long?" A light laugh, and the girl flipped around the bar, only to rest her arms on the cold surface, and lean slightly over, still looking to the man.
"I wonder where that guy went who asked me to seek him out, he looked familiar..." A small shrug, and Genira looked down, closing her eyes. It was obvious she was trying to remember. "He might be that guy that was hanging around the castle. The one that used to guard the queen, don't really know why he is still here though. I hear he is cruel, but those could just be rumors."

Aurek mused for a few moments, not making the connection right away as he absently watched the joust before him. The stampede of hooves followed by the thunderous crack of lances splitting, it had a kind of energy to it that definitely livened the place up a bit, the crowds cheering as the knights came back around for their next charge.
"Wait... crap, that guy was a royal guard!? I shoulda been paying more attention," Aurek said all of a suddenly, jerking awkwardly in surprise as the realisation hit him. He simply scratched the back of his head as he thought about it, given the circumstances it'd be pretty hard to keep track of the world around him, you'd have to amazing tough stuff to take a lance and a fall and still walk straight. "I should probably go check it out then shouldn't I? It's not polite to keep important people waiting I suppose," Aurek said in return to Genira's query, but his eyes wandered over towards the medic tent as it looking for something. "Though I have a feeling Evenhart might want to reclaim some of his honour when he's back in shape, he seems to have quite a lot more pride than most people," Aurek said, looking a little troubled, but put it aside as he looked back at Genira, "How about you? Gonna watch some more jousts?"

"Wait... crap, that guy was a royal guard!? I shoulda been paying more attention," The man was slightly panicked, leaving Genira to laugh. "Well, I think that is who he was. No big deal though, he doesn't guard anybody as of the moment." Lightly pulling out a small handkerchief, the girl went on with her instinct. take care of the Knight. Dabbing his face from the sweat without really realizing it, she tucked her handkerchief back into her pocket, and smiled. "I don't know, you might want to. Seemed that he wanted to speak to you, although I don't know why. Only generals have the authority to assign people. generals are his superiors."
"I should probably go check it out then shouldn't I? It's not polite to keep important people waiting I suppose," A light nod rose from the girl as she rested back onto the railing. "Ya, I suppose you..." Pausing for a moment, and pulling back out her handkerchief, the girl sighed, and spoke. "I'm sorry, I hope you don't mind. Just a habit." Lightly fixing the man's hair, from her elevated position, and whipping a few more beads from just below his jaw line, the girl smiled. "Sorry."
"How about you? Gonna watch some more jousts?" With a small shrug, the girl looked to the knights, and softly spoke. "Probably not, it is amusing for a while, but I don't like seeing people get to badly hurt."

Again, his attention was wandering, eyes drifting back to the joust as he watched with a veteran's eye, searching for flaws in the knights' positions, aiming and such. And not to mention he loved the atmosphere, the crowd was one of the most powerful things he reckoned, they could make or break people. And when the cheered, it would send hearts soaring to the heavens, making you feel invincible.
In other words, he didn't realise what Genira was doing until his face was assailed by a piece of cloth. Aurek blinked a few times at the obscurity of the situation, looking back at the girl with an adequately perplexed expression, not moving to stop her or anything, just making his utter confusion clear. It was kind of cute in a way, Aurek wasn't one to worry about sweat unless it was going to do something like make his grip slippery or something, and this girl was tending to him like a fussing significant other. He merely kept quiet and smirked a little as she apologised.
"Anyway," Aurek said, interrupting the little moment as he took his helmet back in both hands, stepping out and before Genira, smoothly bowing to her before slipping his helmet back on and locking it in place. "Thanks again for all your assistance, I'll get going, if not soon then I hope to see you later," Aurek said respectfully before heading off towards the castle, rather impressively as the crowds parted for him.
Obviously, it didn't take him long to step inside the castle, eyes scanning around for how to proceed in seeking down a royal guard.
