Sweet Serenity

[Jinx]

"Well, think as you wish. Even put a truth spell on me, you won't get a different answer." She rolled her eyes again for one she didn't know any truth spells so why would she do that and second she still didn't believe him. She saw him dive under the water and not come back up. She dived under also but far enough away from him she could turn around and not hear or see him which was both a good and a bad thing because she got him out of her mind, not really, and bad because he might leave her.

She swam deep not knowing that she was actually swimming closer to him because she couldn't tell what direction she was going.

[Rose]

Raul rested on the bottom, his eyes lightly closed. Instantly, a heel was shoved into the man's back, shoving him deeper into the sand. Letting out a large wheeze of air, making it bubble up to the surface, Kahani flipped around, and felt a sword slice into his chest. Grabbing the blade, the boy pulled it to him, bringing along the boy behind the sword. The man was older, and by the looks, another bounty hunter who had tracked him down. It didn't happen often, but there was always that one in a million.

He thrust his fist forward, and the man was gone, as if nothing had ever happened. Rubbing his chest, and just letting out a bit more of his blood, Kahani rolled his eyes in annoyance. It slightly stung, and his lower back hurt. "Fuck..." He mumbled, letting out a few air bubbles. The crimson color swirled with the water, slowly diluting into the clear liquid.

[Jinx]

She opened her eyes and all she saw was red. What the hell was this? She looked around only to see air bubbles rises to the surface, she swam closer to the person to find out that it was Kahani. Her eyes opened wide and she swam right up next to him. They need to go up to the surface but could he move could he swim? If any body were to look into her eyes right now they would see them have the slighty hint of caring in them. She looked him straight in the eyes and with her eyes told him "You okay? we need to get to shore" she knew he wasn't okay he had a freaky sword through him but what else could she ask.

Yes for once in the extra hundred years she had been alive she finally cared about somebody again, but if any body would confront her about it all she would say was that she needed him to kill her that is why she cared. But there was just something that she liked about this boy yet she didn't know what it was. If he swam up she would follow. Then it finally dawned on her, someone had to be in the water to stab him, they were not alone they need to get someplace safe now but she couldn't pull him what if she hit the sword and caused him more pain? She was scared, not of him, not of the man who stabbed him, she was scared FOR him.

[Rose]

Kahani squinted his eyes, slightly of the pain. That water didn't feel well with it, making the wound hurt all the more. He wrapped his hands around the blade's handle, and pulled. It stopped, having the blade bent in the back. He coughed slightly, lucky that he had the breathing spell working. But he couldn't just reach back under the water, the boy needed to be above the water to do this. The sword needed to be dry, so his hand wouldn't slip off and cut himself more, causing that much more blood loss.

his fuzzed vision shifted up, looking to Leena as she swam down to him, giving a look of caring. But it was so blurred by the crimson, and his fading vision that Kahani couldn't see the look on her face. His pupils were dilated as the boy looked around, locating the closest way to the land. His hand stay around the sword's handle as he used the right to swim. Bursting to the surface, and gasping for air, the boy quickly swam to the shore, coughing up blood as he knelt, and stayed bent over with his right hand holding him up. Looking down to the wound, he lowered his head to the sand, and fell to the side while holding his stomach.

[Jinx]

She followed him to the surface. She saw him run to the shore and fall on his side. she swam to where her feet could touch and knelt beside him making sure not to touch him, what could she say or what could she do? She looked around looking for anyone that might be near by. Who could have snuck up on him. She thought no one would ever be able to so much as scrath him. She took a deep breath and finally said what she needed to say "What can i do to help?"

She never had asked any one that or at least not in a long time. She did know fire so she could at least seal off the wound if nothing else...but she looked at the blood, he would need more, she would offer it to him after they got the sword after his chest.

[Rose]

"What can i do to help?" The girl was kneeling beside him, from what Kahani could see, and looking down to the boy. He quickly attempted to sit up, propping himself up with his right hand. The boy went to speak, but nothing came from his lips. Puling himself to a standing position, Kahani stumbled towards one of the trees, and leaned his side against it. Adjusting so part of the sword was touching the tree, Kahani motioned for the girl to come over. She needed to straiten the piece of mettle. his voice was low, and stuttered, but able to be heard. "P..Push on... t-t-the sword."

Squinting his eyes, the boy instantly knew exactly what it had hit. Just beside his lungs, were a few muscles, which the sword had pushed in, causing his in-ability to breath normally. his attacker was smart, making sure that the sword would stay in him, seeing how without the object removed kahani wouldn't heal correctly. His jeans stay stained with the crimson color, and drip from the water he had just exited.

[Jinx]

She watched him sit up , she didn't know if he should be moving around. But she slowly got up and followed him and heard him say it. "P..Push on... t-t-the sword." She hesitated a little but did as he said she knew he was in pain but she had to help otherwise he would be in more pain. It was hard to unbend the piece of heavy metal she wasn't very strong, it took all of her energy to push the sword back into the straight form. She knew it probably hurt him more to have to have someone help him. Once the blade was straight again and she took a step back "Okay now what?"

She had touched him so her hands had blood on them. She didn't really care as long as he was going to be okay then that was fine with her. She looked back towards the water then back to him "You need blood?" She stuck out her wrist toward him, if he needed it he could take it if not he could simply push her arm away she thought he would probably just push her arm away.

[Rose]

Kahani's muscles tensed up as the girl pushed on the sword, him flinching as she stepped away. "Okay now what?" Kahani pulled his sword from his chest, gasping for air as the muscle moved from his lung. Coughing, he shook his head, and continued gasping for air. Placing his hand over his chest, the boy healed the wound, regaining his ability to breath smoothly. The boy's head spun round and round, making the world seem as if everything was moving. His dilated eyes shifted about, locking on Leena as she looked to him.

"You need blood?" the girl put out her wrist, offering her blood to him. Kahani's eyes shifted from her wrist, to her eyes, making the boy slightly part his lips. "I don't drink from wrists..." Ever so lightly wrapping his fingers around the girl's hand, he pulled the girl in, wrapping his right arm around her waist. Moving his left hand up to the girl's cheek, Kahani leaned down to her neck, and sunk his teeth in, drinking the blood as it came. His eyes stay closed as kahani's left hand softly ran from her cheek, down to the girl's upper arm.

[Jinx]

She watched him take out the sword and heal himself. all she could think was how much that could hurt. As flinched after she put out her wrist. "I don't drink from wrists..."She let him pull her into him, She didn't really think he would go for it but when his teeth pieced her skin she knew that she must not really know him at all. Her whole body tensed and she clenched her teeth. Her neck felt like a pin cuishen with all the biting.

She could hear the blood pump and him drinking it was a weird sound to hear. As he was still drinking she spoke "I....Is..... whoever d...did ....this... stil...l ...a..a.round...here?" It was hard for her to talk through the pain.And she was starting to feel a little faint like she might fall over. But she swallowed her pride of standing here with a vamp drinking her blood but won't kill her, with a man who got a sword into Kanhani. What a little problem to be in.

[Rose]

"I....Is..... whoever d...did ....this... stil...l ...a..a.round...here?" By the stutter in her voice, kahani knew that it was painful. He lightly lifted his hand up just after he pulled away, healing the skin, and putting in more blood. "I don't know, and sorry for that. Thanks." Pulling away after making sure she felt better than normal, the boy lightly brushed back his hair, and wiped the small bit of blood that leaked onto his lip. "I suggest that we get out of here." Brushing back his hair again, the boy motioned for her to follow. He actually felt bad for doing that, but the boy needed the blood. If not, there was a possibility that he would fall uncontentious.

[Jinx]

"I don't know, and sorry for that. Thanks." She nodded her head as he healed her, it didn't hurt as bad as last time since before she had the venom in her vein but this time she could feel that there was nothing in there. "Yeah no problem.......anytime" She knew that he needed it otherwise he might ...have something bad happen to him. She really didn't know what would happen but she could guess that it was not good.

"I suggest that we get out of here." Wait why did he say we? her mind didn't know if she should take this as a good or bad thing. She simply nodded and followed him, but not before picking up the slightly bent sword. it might come in handy later. She wondered who or what could have attacked him. she looked at the sword is was pretty big, the man must have been pretty big, the sword had a weight to it so the man must have been pretty strong to hold it. She wondered if the man might want it back, if he did it was bent a little now because she got most of the bend out but there was still that little bit. "Do you think the person might want their sword back?" She messed around with it a bit, she never had used a sword before but her skills were very good for never holding one before.

[Rose]

"Yeah no problem.......anytime" Kahani's voice was slightly rough, seeing how the healing slightly changed his throat. It felt strange, of course, but was doable. His hair dripped with the water from the crystal clear lake, running down over his neck as droplets gathered. The boy snatched up his shirt, pulling the loose fabric on as he walked. Adjusting the shirt, and pulling it down, the boy offered a slight sigh. He hated having to use an offer to help himself... Yet he was perfectly fine with saying thank you? Just a hint of the real Kahani there. He was tired of this girl not being pushed away by some act, so he would rather use his natural attitude. Unpretentiously pushing people away, or pulling them in.

"Do you think the person might want their sword back?" The boy shrugged, and peered over his shoulder to look to Leena. "Guess not if he left it behind." Looking forward once more, the boy slid his hands down deeply into his pockets, and calmly walked on. Every few moments he would check to see if she was still there, stopping to let the girl catch up if she was falling behind. With someone attempting to kill him on the loose, the girl would be in danger. Why would he care? the boy was just being followed by her. Well, it was because there was something there that he couldn't figure. There was something behind that mask, that Kahani had to find. Like a treasure he needed to get his hands on, it was that simple want htat led him to keep her around.

[Jinx]

She had watched him pull on his shirt she had totally forgotten that he had no shirt. She felt like she was forgetting something, but what?
She asked about the sword."Guess not if he left it behind." She shrugged what if he was going to change his mind. "Ya who would want a stupid bent sword, but really this thing is huge dude!"

She just realized what she forgot. "Oh shit my sweatshirt!....mmm i will be right back okay?" She wasn't going to wait for a answer and she would only hope he would not keep walking. She got back to the lake and she couldn't find her sweatshirt. she had left it right beside the tree but where could it have gone. Hm she looked around. "Damnit i could have swore i left it right beside that tree hmmm"

[Rose]

"Ya who would want a stupid bent sword, but really this thing is huge dude!" Kahani laughed slightly, knowing how heavy it was. hell, he had to swim up with the thing sticking through his chest! A light nod as he peered over his shoulder, and the boy spoke softly. "Ya, I would know." Personally, he used to have a heavier sword, giving him the use of leverage, and momentum with it. But he wasn't going to brag, it was just the weight of a sword right? Nothing really special. Sure, it indicated that someone was strong to wield such a sword, but he didn't mind.

"Oh shit my sweatshirt!....mmm i will be right back okay?" With a light nod, the boy trace after her at a slow jog, eyes following as she turned around each tree. Leena was the only one to leave the forest cover, seeing how Kahani stood back and watched. The boy was listening for any extra sounds, which with the ringing in his ears was impossible to hear as of the moment. With a small shake of the head, Kahani lifted his nose, and took in the smells around him. This man that was hunting him, he was near.

"Damnit i could have swore i left it right beside that tree hmmm" A cracked hand clenched around the jacket, taking in one last feel of the fabric. The intruder tossed the small sweatshirt from the bushes, and was instantly gone. Kahani quickly looked about, stepping out into the open as he did so. Their little intruder was near, and the boy knew that the man would strike. Hidden by trees, the man drew back his bow, and aimed directly to kahani's chest, being sure that the curve of the arrow would make deadly contact with the boy's chest while Kahani stood there, not expecting the blow.

[Jinx]

"Ya, I would know." Oh she had totally forgotten about that even though the sword was still covered in blood. She ran back to get her jacket.

It was all quiet or so as far as she could hear. Then she heard a sound and turned around to see that her jacket was laying on the ground right where she just looked. That was creepy did it just appear out of no where or something. She looked around then slowly bent over to pick it up then quickly, like a little girl who was a afraid of spiders, who just saw a spider, ran back toward Kahani. She smiled as she ran up in front of him, unknowingly stepping in front of where the man was aiming."Okay we can go now and we better hurry, i was looking for my jacket then i hear a noise and i turn around and it was like it appeared out of nowhere really creepy right?" She was really creeped out why would someone steal her sweatshirt. She still had the big sword in her hand which made the thin girl look even thinner.
